Digital Graffiti at Alys Beach 2015 kicks off on Thursday, June 4 at 7:30 p.m. with the return of the Curator’s Tour brought to you by Krueger, Fosdyck & Associates of Merrill Lynch in Destin.
Led by artist and Digital Graffiti Curator Brett Phares, the tour offers a behind-the-scenes look at select artworks featured at the festival.
Enjoy this exclusive opportunity to meet and talk with some of the talented artists whose work have made Digital Graffiti one of the most vibrant and compelling projection art festivals in the world, including Yandell Walton, Robert Seidel, and FUSE.
Brett Phares, who has curated Digital Graffiti since its inception in 2008, is a visual artist working in computer visualization and installation. With more than 20 years in interactive media, he has created innovative projects for some prominent international brands, much of which informs the visual syntax of his personal work. Mr. Phares holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Integrated Media Arts, and a Masters of Arts in Art History, Theory and Criticism from SUNY Stony Brook.
Individual tickets for the Curator’s Tour are for $25 for adults and $10 for children. Tickets for the tour are also included in several of the festival ticket packages. All tickets are available for purchase here.
